I live down a long narrow country lane and my property has expensive electric gates. He managed to successfully get the very large lorry onto my property with the utmost care. Thank you for the unbelievably efficient service I received off Flexiwaste in emptying my cess pool.This was the first time I used your company and of course it was the keen price that attracted me - cheaper than any others. I had left it too late when it came to emptying the cess pool but was accommodated the next day, which was amazing for such short notice. Then when the driver arrived the next day, when I have oil delivered all I get is the constant moaning off the drivers saying how difficult it is to get on my drive. No such thing off your driver, just a cheery smile and very warm and friendly. When we asked if he could make sure the sludge was removed; no problem.
